You want to sell or vacate a property or it is just vacant for a few weeks due to illness, for example. You don’t really trust neighbors because they see you. d. R. only what they want to see – usually it only serves to satisfy their own curiosity.
Real estate properties are often scouted out through seemingly harmless observations, fake visits and inspections. If a property is not permanently occupied, there is often no longer any insurance cover – despite an existing policy. Our presence here helps to deter potential perpetrators through patrols (including watering flowers if necessary) or during inspections.
We monitor professionally on your behalf through targeted personal presence:
- The clearance of the property from inventory by the commissioned clearance or clearing out company
- Viewings (of both furnished and vacated properties) be it through real estate agents or appointments agreed by you yourself – also in accordance with the applicable Corona hygiene regulations
- Inspection tours by appointment on temporarily unoccupied, fully furnished and furnished properties and apartments (e.g. in the event of a long-term illness, stay abroad, etc.)
- Inspections by appointment for currently vacant properties (e.g. during the sales phase)
